Surely, you now want to buy for yourself the latest iPhone 3GS. But if you are in the UK, you will have to wait a little bit because O2, the exclusive UK carrier for Apple’s iPhone, has announced that the new iPhone unit is currently out of stock.

In a statement published in O2’s website, the management of the firm said there has been “a phenomenal demand for the new iPhone 3GS” that the are temporarily out of stock online, over the phone, and in its retail stores.

In the US, Apple’s retail stores reported shortages but there are still stocks available.
