Apple has finally inked a deal with a telecom network in China just a few months after its talks with China Mobile, the worl’d largest mobile carrier with more than 300 million subscribers in China, turned the iPhone deal off for a while.

Apple Inc. has partnered with China Unicom for the release of iPhone in China, where hundreds of iPhone clones are already being sold in the market, although the iPhone maker said it is not an exclusive deal. (more…)

Apple has announced that it is studying Google’s Voice application, which allows iPhone users free long-distance calling, and denied any joint effort with AT&T to keep Google off of the iPhone.

Apple informed the Federal Communications Corp. that it has not talked with AT&T yet about Google Voice as there has been no decision being reached within Apple.    (more…)

The sleek black iPhone 3GS is selling like hotcake in Canada that barely a month after it was released in the country, many Canadians are having a hard time getting their hands on the Apple masterpiece.

The Canada-based Financial Post reported that Rogers stores accross the country have ran out of the iPhone 3GS and its online store also could not produce an iPhone for web buyers.

Rogers is the owner of Fido, the exclusive company in Canada that sells the iPhone for now, and a spokesperson said it will take three to four weeks before they can fill their shelves up with the iPhone 3GS.
