The cat is out of the bag. Finally, there’s a worthy competitor to Apple’s iPhone and this time the competitor is expected to shake iPhone’s status in the touchscreen phone industry.

Even if the Blackberry Bold 9000 (Research In Motion) has not been released to the market yet, critics are saying that the upgraded Blackberry will surely stir people inside Apple because of its features that are still not found in iPhone.

The Blackberry Bold 9000 will have sharper display, faster processor, and wifi capabilities with 320×480 display, high-speed 3G networking, 1 gigabyte of onboard storage, Bluetooth compatibility and GPS.     

There are units in the market that were introduced as iPhone competitors but we didn’t find one that’s worthy. Not until RIM announced its Blackberry Bold 9000. Now, Apple’s got a lot of work to do to keep up with its leadership in the mobile phone industry, otherwise the Blackberry will eat up its share of the pie.
